My Story

Hello, my name is Tünde Bausz

Each country I go I get a Nickname which is easier to pronounce for the locals: TunTun (Caboverde) / Tunji (Brasil)/ Tundi ...

Throughout both my personal and professional life, I've been driven by a passion for exploration, development, teaching, and constant learning. I’ve attended numerous workshops, invested in various self-development courses, and have had the privilege of living in five different countries. Achieving my career goals has been a fulfilling journey — from earning an MBA in Hotel and Tourism Development to working in prestigious Swiss 5-star hotels as an Event Sales Manager. Additionally, I've served as a Sales Trainer for the Google Ads Project in Portugal and as a Readiness Manager/Sales Coach at Microsoft in Spain. One of my most cherished experiences was volunteering in Rio de Janeiro during the Olympic Games, where I had the honor of welcoming VIPs at a 5-star hotel.

Despite these achievements, there was a point in my life where I felt constrained by an invisible ceiling. I was achieving all my set goals yet felt stuck, regardless of changes in countries, homes, jobs, or even relationships. This persistent sense of limitation especially affected my love life, as old patterns seemed to shadow me wherever I went.

During a house party, a dear friend softly suggested, "You could balance that." Initially puzzled by his words, I soon understood as he kindly explained the method to me. Naturally inclined to teach, I was eager to delve deeper into this approach. Today, I utilize this very method in my sessions, as it has been instrumental in helping me overcome limiting beliefs, leading to profound positive shifts especially in my personal life.

Am I perfect now? Absolutely not, but I’ve found much greater peace within myself. By dismantling that invisible rooftop, I’ve achieved more in one year than I did in the entire previous decade. The most rewarding part is the sense of fulfillment and happiness I now feel, not just externally but deeply from within. :)
